Virgin Money comprised a heritage business formed through a series of joint ventures based in East Anglia with the newly acquired Northern Rock Building Society, bought off the UK Government after the UK Banking crisis in 2007.
We were asked to review the approach to the delivery of change across the business and implement a simple set of standards that could be rapidly rolled out across the business.
The review was completed in a compressed timeframe and the agreed way forward adopted by the business as its standard 'change life cycle' methodology.
