Shop Direct was formed through the acquisition and integration of Littlewoods the UK retailer, and the Manchester based, Great Universal Stores business.

We were asked to review the proposal to integrate the Financial Services offerings of the two former businesses into an integrated, single business.

The review resulted in the design and delivery of a two year programme of business and technology change to create an integrated Financial Services business capable of supporting the commercial plans of the retail business.
