We were asked by the Executive and the Board to lead a review of the business to determine the changes that would be required to improve its financial performance.

A rapid enterprise wide diagnostic was performed and presented to the Executive and the Board to highlight the changes that could be made to substantially improve business performance over a three year period. The changes were translated into an integrated transformation plan and a team recruited to oversee its implementation.
